Election in Thailand

Well, to be honest I'm a little bit surprised about the election in Thailand. Thaksin sister, Yingluck, seems to win, but what does that mean for the country? As I see it, then we are back to zero, in a country without democraty it's very difficult to see what has changed since the last election and since last time Thaksin won. There are now two possibilities: 1: The military and the elite will remove Yingluck, the consequences of that would be fatal for Thailand, but the guys with the money didn't care, they just want the power. 2: The opposition including the military leaders has changed their attitude and want democracy. They have realised that more problems in Thailand will mean less money from industry and tourism.

No one knows what's next in Thailand, but I really hope someone will think twice before they transform Thailand to a war zone.

New go go's in Pattaya

Bars are closing and open again very fast in Pattaya these days. The Moon Club is a new go go at the corner of Soi Diamond and Walking Street. Sugar Sugar is a new dancing bar at Soi LK Metro, it will open very soon according to a friend in Pattaya. One of the most famous bars in pattaya, Classroom, with the cute girls in school uniforms, are now converted to a Coyote Bar. Now it is a open bar with dancers in the front. Back in Walking Street a new go go called Rhinos has opened. The bar offer two stages with naughty girls, my correspondent in Pattaya has visited the place and enjoyed the girls in bikinis and wet t-shirt. Rhinos didn't offer something special, let's see about it will survive in this hard business.

When they visit Lin in Bangkok, they don't visit her in the condo, but in a small apartment in a cheap and dirty neighboorhood, an apartmenet she rent to the occasion. The guys invite her to fancy restaurants, buy her expensive clothes and give her a lot of money and gifts. Of course the guys want sex, but Lin know how to act when she are together with the guys.

Lin is a true golddigger, but I can only laugh when she tell me her story. Of course she try to get as much money as possible from the guys, why not? Men take advantage of her, she exploit their naivety. What can we learn about this story? Phuket Trip Report - Part 2

Sun 24/4/11 Day 5
Pretty hungover today. Got up late, went had a coffee at Starbucks. I really miss my Melb cafe's. Coffee is crap in Thailand.
Got another massage and HJ from a different massage place. This girl was great. Agreed to HJ beforehand, but she made it sensual all the way through the massage. Loved it, then got a foot massage straight after!
Didnt go out tonight, as I was pretty hungover, and had to get up early for Phi Phi Island tour the next day (7:30 am pickup)

Mon 25/4/11 Day 6
Phi Phi Island tour. My god, the best beaches I have ever seen. Water is fantastic. Did the usual things - visit the beach, snorkel, Monkey beach, then another beach to finish off. A great day.
Hit Bangla pretty early - said gday to the Shipwreck girls, but went to U2 bar to finish my scotch. Didnt drink too much, probably still left a quarter of bottle for next night. Ended up bar fining the girl behind the bar and going LT.
They dont normally allow BF, this was the first ever. We went out and hit Suzy Wongs forst as she had never been there as she normally is working herself behind the bar - never gets time. Had a bite to eat then went to hotel.

Tue 26/4/11 Day 7

Wed 27/4/11 Day 8 and 9
My suit and extra pants arrived from the tailor and all was good. A lot of stuffing around, but in the end am happy with the product, especially as I am a large guy and hard to get fitted.
Didnt do too much as tonight is my last night. Went out again for dinner with Priapus and his wife - same seafood restaurant. We exchanged stories of the night before and had a laugh.
Unfortunately my holiday pretty much ended theri as 3 hours later I was hit with the worst stomach problems / gastro I have ever had. My god, the amount of liquid I lost was amazing.
I was able to survive the flight to bangkok the next day, but once in Bangkok, was stuck in the hotel all day and night on the toilet. I had massive plans to run amock in Nana Plaza, but it ended up being a write off.

Fri 29/4/11 - Day 10
after another horrible night, felt brave enough to eat and had a full breakfast. Started feeling better throughout the day, but pissed off that it was my last day and was flying home that night. Not much to tell.
Went to airport late arvo and had an uneventfull flight back to Melb by lunch Sat.

Thats it folks, my first ever trip to Tahiland, and I am hooked!!! Just as you guys said I would.
I had a Qld trip planned for late Nov with a work mate, but this has now been cancelled and I am already booked in at Saladee for this Nov instead. Funny - less than 1 week home and my next trip already planned out and booked.
I CANT WAIT TO GET BACK! After everything I learned this trip, next trip will be so much better again.

One thing I noticed in my night time activites....... Be wary of the girls when doing the deed. The will not hesitate to go unprotected. I dont think its anything malicious on their part, just seem that they dont really care about it. Be carefull!!!!!
